In this week of recognizing awesome students, next

In this week of recognizing awesome students, next up is Jackson McArthur!

Jackson is about to graduate with a BA in International Studies. He has worked extensively with the Oxford Community Market (OXCM) and helped establish the OXCM Flower of Life Volunteer Squad.

He has lead efforts to establish a Food Rescue program to program to collect food from Greek organizations and systems to deliver meals, fresh produce and household supplies to neighbors in income-based housing neighborhoods.
He worked on establishing and maintaining a neighborhood garden for income-based housing residents.
He has established ongoing gardening education programs for children in income-based housing neighborhoods.
He created the OXCM Student Leadership Board to expand opportunities for UM students to engage in grassroots community work.
And he established the OXCM Community Connections Committee to engage residents of income-based housing in grassroots community work.
